Klebsiella oxytoca causes several diseases in immunocompromised as well as healthy individuals. Increasing resistance to a number of antibiotics makes treatment options limited. Prevention using vaccine could be an important solution to get rid of infections caused by Klebsiella oxytoca. In recent time, genome based approaches have contributed significantly in vaccine development. Our aim was to identify the most conserved and immunogenic antigens that can be considered as potential vaccine candidates. KEGG database was used to find out pathways unique to the bacteria. Subcellular localization of the protein sequences taken from the selected 36 pathways were predicted using PSORTb v3.0.2 and CELLO v2.5. Prediction of B cell epitope and the probability of the antigenicity were evaluated by using IEDB and Vaxijen respectively. BLASTp was done to find out the similarity of the selected proteins with the human proteome. Proteins failing to comply with the set parameters were filtered at each step. Finally, we identified 6 surface exposed proteins as potential vaccine candidates against Klebsiella oxytoca. 相似文献

由于MnBi2Te4电子结构具有对晶格常数的改变相当敏感的特性,本文采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法对MnBi2Te4反铁磁块体的电子结构施加等体积应变调控.研究发现体系能带结构在材料等体积拉伸和压缩作用下变化灵敏,体系出现绝缘体-金属相变.特别地,当施加特定应变后导带和价带在Γ处出现交叉,体系呈零带隙状态.在此应变下仍可观察到能带反转的现象,具有非平庸的能带拓扑性质.根据不同应变下的电荷密度图,发现等体积应变会影响体系七倍层层间距,其中等体积压缩和拉伸应变可分别增大和减小Te原子层间距,表明等体积压缩有利于降低反铁磁层间耦合.通过等体积压力应变调控,掌握了MnBi2Te4的电子结构的变化规律,这对本征磁性拓扑绝缘体MnBi2Te4的物性研究和实验制备具有重要的指导意义. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with the unique positive definite solution to a system of nonlinear matrix equations $X-A^*\bar{Y}^{-1}A=I_n$ and $Y-B^*\bar{X}^{-1}B=I_n$, where $A,B\in\mathbb{C}^{n\times n}$ are given matrices. Based on the special structure of the system of nonlinear matrix equations, the system can be equivalently reformulated as $V-C^*\bar{V}^{-1}C=I_{2n}$. Moreover, by means of Sherman-Moorison-Woodbury formula, we derive the relationship between the solutions of $V-C^*\bar{V}^{-1}C =I_{2n}$ and the well studied standard nonlinear matrix equation $Z+D^*Z^{-1}D=Q$, where $D$, $Q$ are uniquely determined by $C$. Then, we present a structure-preserving doubling algorithm and two modified structure-preserving doubling algorithms to compute the positive definite solution of the system. Furthermore, cyclic reduction algorithm and two modified cyclic reduction algorithms for the positive definite solution of the system are proposed. Finally, some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the efficiency of the theoretical results and the behavior of the considered algorithms. 相似文献

The experimental findings on the DC and AC breakdown strength of polyethylene/silica nanocomposites are reported and correlated with simulation results on the electric field distribution of possible nanocomposite models. Specifically, the effects of interphase permittivity and interparticle distances on the electric field intensity and the breakdown strength are discussed with the aid of the Finite Element Method Magnetics (FEMM) 4.2 software. The results showed that the presence of the interphase, when assigned a unique interphase permittivity value, led to variations in electric field distributions. The electro,tic, magnetic, and ferroelectric properties of BiCrO3 in C2/c and R3c structure are investigated by first principles calculations. It is found that the easy magnetization axis in C2/c structure is along the b axis, the magnetic order in R3c structure is G-type antiferromagnetic and the easy magnetization axis is along the rhombohedral [111] direction. Berry phase theory predicts that the R3c structure of BiCrOa has a large spontaneous polarization of 73.9 μC/cm2 along the rhombohedral [111] direction. 相似文献

In this paper, we first set up an alternative fundamental theory of Möbius geometry for any umbilic-free spacelike hypersurfaces in four dimensional Lorentzian space form, and prove the hypersurfaces can be determined completely by a system consisting of a function W and a tangent frame {Ei}. Then we give a complete classification for spacelike Möbius homogeneous hypersurfaces in four dimensional Lorentzian space form. They are either Möbius equivalent to spacelike Dupin hypersurfaces or to some cylinders constructed from logarithmic curves and hyperbolic logarithmic spirals.
